Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard. It covers a kitchen renovation or a full-home cleanout, and it's our most-delivered size in Framingham. If your project calls for something smaller, we'll let you know and bring the 10 or 15 instead.
Will I need a permit in Framingham?
Not if the container stays on your private driveway. If it has to go on a public road, Framingham requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the exact office to contact.
What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
General household items, furniture, renovation waste, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall. Paint, fuel, tires, batteries and freon-containing appliances are not accepted. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.
Where exactly will you place the container?
Wherever our truck can safely access — your driveway, side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.
How many days can I keep the container?
Every size includes seven days on site as standard. Need extra time? Just call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.
